DAMIEN GERMANIER REVEALS HIS SECRETS 

Share a unique moment in the kitchen with Damien Germanier!

In a relaxed atmosphere, conducive to discovery and exchange, you will learn how to create dishes with seasonal products, using simple techniques. The Chef will prepare two starters and a main course in front of you.

Each class concludes with a tasting of the menu and the matching of food and wine. The courses are open to anyone who wants to have a good time in the kitchen, whatever their level: enlightened amateurs, cordon bleu cooks or the simply curious, all are welcome.

Coffee is served at 9:30 a.m., and the demonstration lasts until midday (more or less). Then it's time for lunch, which includes: Mise en bouche, two starters, main course and desserts, and a selection of wines by the glass to accompany the dishes,
mineral water and coffee included.

The recipes for the course are distributed at the beginning of the day.

The course is payable in advance CHF 250.00 upon registration. Registration is binding and non-refundable.
