But what is it.... Our vintages are wines made on demand exclusively for the restaurant by winegrower friends.
Each year, we make between one and three vintages, whether white wine, red or overripe, but also ciders, beers and may be soon spirits.

Each vintage is made only once, with 400 to 600 bottles. For a wine, a producer is contacted, if we make three wines, they will come from three different cellars.

And the following year we change.

Except for the first vintages (2014 and 2015) where the label was the logo of the restaurant, I tried to propose for each vintage an artist's work from the world of tattoo, street art or comics. A way to link my passions and to share them.
