We wanted to offer more than just a selection of wines:

OUR CUVEES

But what is it....Our cuvées are wines made on demand exclusively for the restaurant by winemaker friends.
Each year, we make between one and three cuvées, whether white, red or overripe; but also ciders, beers and perhaps soon spirits.


Each cuvée is made only once, from 400 to 600 bottles.
For one wine, a producer is contacted; if we make three wines, they will come from three different cellars.


And the following year we change.

AND IF WE TATTOOED OUR BOTTLES?

With the exception of the first vintages (2014 and 2015), where the label featured the restaurant's logo, I've tried to propose an artist's work from the world of tattoos, street art or comics for each vintage. It's a way of combining my passions and sharing them.
